So it may not seem like much of a change, but I’ve been working so hard over the past 4 weeks to not necessarily get thinner but to become stronger. I’ve been eating healthy and doing weights about 3 times a week.
Left was April 28th and right was yesterday. I’ve put on about 3kg of muscle and lost a few kgs in fat… This is the best I’ve ever felt about my body!!
